What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect only the information forwarded to us through the contact form on our website in order to respond to enquiries, and do not hold any personal information about users. Contact form information includes personal data such as name, email address, and your message, and technical data, such as information about cookies.

 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This website features links to forms hosted by Google Forms, and as such all users applying online must already hold a personal Google Account. The data collected within these forms is not made visible or accessible by the public, and is collected for employment purposes only. By voluntarily applying to register with us online, you give permission for the information and file uploads submitted to be collated and held by Tacpro Recruitment Services for the purpose of registering you for employment opportunities. No personal information, or information indicating the identity of participants, will ever be released to the public at any time, or sold to a third party.

 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We retain your contact form information for a period of 6 months and no longer.
